Take 10 to 15 minutes to be healthy by soaking your feet in tea!

 Put green tea in warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
Soak your feet in the tea for 15 minutes.
 Take the fermented rice husk leaves, pour it into the water under the feet and rub it with the feet.  When you take your feet out, you have to wrap your feet in a towel when you sleep, it will make you sleep better.
